have tried all the options:
WPA WPA OR WPA2 Its not WEP or Not encrypted
but it says: accespoint: no connectuion SSID no connection Quality 10/100 Signal strength 0 dbM Bitrate 1 mb/s coding: not supported
the weird thing is i can scan for networks and it finds the network which is WPA Personal.
So still having the same issue. Any suggestions?

I don't see any driver running (all Wifi to 0), so the best would be then to install my DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4 Image, and send the same command ("lsmod"), as well as "cat /proc/bus/usb/devices" and copy them here,
Here I have my DM8000HD with DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4, and here is the results I have, as an example for you,

Your screenshot shows more, so you have a Ralink, can be RT3070, RT5370 etc. As you see, it's set to 1.
Try to install the latest OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV, and I am surprised as I have another friend with the latest OpenBlackHole IPTV, that is running the RT5370 no problem on it.
As wrote before, reinstall a clean image, the latest, OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV as well as the OpenBlackHole IPTV to see how these react. Don't install any driver from any panel as all drivers are already built-in and automatically working.
The thing you can try is to remove the RT7777 driver from the /lib/modules/..../net/wireless/ that could be creating issues (?), as it's same family of chips as RT5370sta and then reboot.

I have the same type of box here, with RTxxxx chipset, we are going to take a look as what you describe happens to me as well with OpenBlackHole IPTV v22 image, Try to see if the behavior is same on OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV v22... and let us know.
