Yes I have decompressed the .zip file and I tried to flash the .nfi file on the original box but this one refuses to flash my box it puts me the following message when I launch the flashing INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION) and this is the cause I do not know how to move to the next step to replace with the new sim japhar and continue flashing a new japhar image. I have a problem with the file secondstage-dm800se-84-allsim.nfi I think my version secondstage is superior than the 84 and it blocks the flash, I need a version secondstage-dm800se greater than 84 -allsim.nfi.I tested the flash secondstageDM800seV2-SSl88J and this one to flasher my box but to the change of sim the message BIOS NO CA FOUND is displayed. Thank you for your help.

Be careful as I see you mix the DM800HDse (V1) and the DM800HDse (V2) boxes, it's 2 different boxes with different software.

It's normal that if your box is a V2, and you try to load a V1 image/file, it will be rejected with the error "INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION)"... that's absolutely normal. It's like if you wanted to use on a computer a floppy disk and not a hard disk when you connect to the Hard disk connector.

So as it seems your box is a DM800HDseV2, in that case USE ONLY the files for DM800HDseV2.

You have a section for it, don't use other sections that are not destinated to your box. The only one that has compatible files is this one : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=49&page=1

Concerning the secondstageDM800seV2-SSl88J, this is needed but will work only if you have the DM800HDseV2 Japhar Sim inserted in the box (otherwise you will have the NO CA ERROR message).

But as explained on the tutorial, and if you failed, as you done, it means you didn't done as explained in the Tutorial...

- Flash the ALLSIM for your box, in your case DM800HDseV2.
- Turn off box
- Remove the old Sim
- Insert the new Sim, Japhar for DM800HDseV2
- Turn on the box and press the frontpanel button to flash a Sim Japhar DM800HDseV2 image, that you find ONLY on this section, http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=49&page=1

Concerning your Sim, be sure you flash the OS v5, and not an older one, ONLY the v5 (for DM800HDseV2) will work.

If you do it AS wrote above, it will be successful, if you do something different or you think being clever not doing one of the steps above, it will... fail as it happens.

Sorry for posting on this thread, but is the Japhar sim for DM800se v1 compatible with the DM8000 se v2 box?
I already have a v1 sim and want to know if I can use it in a v2 box.

Yes, it is compatible, but you will need to reflash it with the DM800HDseV2 Japhar OS,

You need a PC/SC Reader/Programmer, like the GCR2 we are using, that you can find at http://www.japhar.com/japhar/
