Please advise what doesn't work, and what you tried that seems not working, as we gave you few commands/things to do. Also give us the exact configuration you have, as we see OpenPLi 5.0 and then OpenPLi 4.0 on your screenshots.

I tested on my DM800HDseV2, and I have the same message as you for the OenPLi 4.0Plus.
