Hi.I haven't work the latest build ,so I dont know what's wrong for now.i hope soon I will have a bit of time. I dont have a dm500hd but will try to make one so that you can try it.Sorry for late reply ,just very busy at work.

On a stadard build the image comes much larger than the 64mb . Your is it dm500hd or dm500hd v2- with large memory ?

Yes it's DM500HD with 64MB, I made some patch, I remove some plugin also I have add upx, and the build is okay, I got problem with UserInterfacePositioner.py mytest.py also I made patch... but still image don't boot, stop on bootlogo... I don't know what I'm missing.
