The nand flash chip should only be replaced if it is no longer can be accessed by jtag (I2C) or has to many bad sectors.
An empty new flash chip can be found on the internet as Aliexpress or Ebay.
However, you still need to prepare the nand flash chip by Jtag in order to get it to work with the usb flash method.
And because there are several type solo2 motherboards from different fabrics you need to know precisely which jtag method you must preform to get it to work.
For example, an original solo2 bin file will mostly not work on a clone board. For that you need to upload the correct boot loader which is suitable for your type motherboard. However, if you have a original solo2 box, then it should not be a problem.
