Your sim is flashed successfully now, it's a DM800HDse V1 Japhar v6 sim card.

You can see on the logs that the ATR before was finishing by 05 18 (looks like for DM8000HD or DM800HD), and now 06 3B that is good for DM800HDse... so perhaps you had flashed the wrong OS. Now it should be fine.

I put the re-programmed sim in the box. Startup and the box see the tuner now, but no signal of the dish.

I put the openpli 7.2 as image on the box, now I have signal of the dish.

Today I go install the channels, only the IPTV I see only the channels. When I choose one it do nothing. The rest I think works ok.

As you seen, with some patience you successfully done every step, and will get all working. When there is a problem it could come from different things, you need to find each one and fix individually, then slowly you will get all working well.

Try to do a scan of the dish (be sure you setup properly the dish parameters and the exact correct position in the setup of the satellite in the menu/tuner), with the software to see if the box finds channels or not. As loading a channel list sometimes is not a good idea as it could be not "compatible/corrupted" with the image installed.

It's still possible that the dish is not properly pointed, or the tuner could be in part defective, or some issue with the software (but this last is remotely probable if you have the correct sim + image compatible installed with the sim, also try to flash a v3-v5 image instead of v6 to see if you have the image on Sat or not on it).
