Hello, Can you give us your VIP number, so we can check which sim was sent to you. Then before installing the Japhar sim you will need to flash with the older sim the new Japhar Image you find on link below. This done, you turn off the box and replace the sim inside (below of HDD). DM8000HD Japhar : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=52&page=1It should work immediately, if you have the sim properly installed and properly initialized for your box. So we need to know which sim you ordered thanks to your VIP Number to check this. TS
