Cannot reflash DM800HDse V2 after wrong Image

Hi everyone hope is all well. I found my old Sunray DM800HD se V2 and Japhar Sim and reflashed sim and Installed latest OPENATV Image and all went well. I reflashed another Image and got no CA. I wasn't worried about that thinking I could just reflash again with JapharFlasher but I keep getting the following error:
Got wrong response from box:HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request
Content- Type: test/plain
Cache-Control: no-cache
Connection: close
lcd+++SERIAL MODE+++
If I put the Sim 2 back In and download a image to suit I don't get the error but the image won't write to flash after downloading image to box.

I have 3 amp PSU and HDD has been removed during flash stage. Im starting to think maybe flash is corrupted inside box.

I just tried a 5amp PSU same issue sorry, this is a good PSU not a china clone type.
