Hi admin, The hdd works excellently when mounted like a usb drive outside the dm800 with a power supply built into the case.
Unfortunately, it often prohibits me from recording because it recognizes the filesystem as read-only and have to power off and power on from AC.
I don't encounter any problems connecting the hard drive to other devices.
