The most important thing to know, is that your box has inside a sim card (like on mobile phones). That sim card is in control of the software, and only compatible software with the sim card will work on the box, otherwise it will give the NO CA ERROR you had.

First you need to open the box, and check the sim inside and compare with the sims below, once you know which sim it is, then you will be able to flash the correct image, and you will have the Tuner working. This is not a hardware problem, but a security software TPM/Check that disallow the tuner if the software is wrong.

I can confirm your sim is an original, so only original images will work with your box.

This done, to fix the NO CA ERROR, you have the procedure with a RJ45+USB Cable on link below to recover your box.

For example for the original sim, only SSL84 images for Original box will work, and never the SSL84a/SSL84b/SSL84c/SSL84d that are for Sim from disappeared Team Sim2, or the SSL84F from Ferrari Team, and the SSL84J from Japhar Team (This forum is Japhar Team support).

As for the the L800,
This is a inductor (coil) and should give close to zero (000) ohms when measured it with ohms.

When it's not, then it may detective and will give the no ca found error.

Hello, I have an original DM 800SE V1 with the error NO CA FOUND.
After correcting it with japhaflash 1.1 any image gives a TUNER EMPTY error.
How can this be resolved?

1) Check your sim

2) Do you modify the image after installing, like flashing an SSL bootloader ?

3) Do you replace some files, such as drivers ?

These are the main reasons for not seeing the tuner. If you just flashed the image and done NO modification, then it could be possible your tuner is not properly inserted in the slot... so take it out and reinsert it. Also try another PSU as yours could be weak... if none of this work, and you can see FTA IPTV channels, then it seems your tuner is defective.
