Yes, your device is very new... so difficult to have it working with older kernels. TS Thanks Toysoft

I couldn't make it to work. After flashing the unit already connected with Internet (ethernet and wifi device) it does see the wifi device (VID_148F-PID_5370) into the network options but when I try to scan to search or look for my internet it does not find ,see or scan anything. Like something is missing
I tried other Ratlink devices but none of them are see by the box after reboot

No, you need to use your 5370 with that test image, and put directly the network setup (if possible try with a Wifi that has no encryption to start tests), or any Wifi Dongle that is on the list of the 2800, http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=25280#Post25280Admin

Ok, Maybe I wait someone who founds a device that works. Probably mine is a no go. I have tried but still No Wireless Network Found. I even enter manually my Network name SSID , encryption type (WPA/WPA2) and my encryption key. Ok, I will wait. It will need to be embedded to the image since the box ran out space thus not allowing to install anything additional. Maybe remove additional languages leaving just English to make room. Thanks

Yes, you can remove or you can add a USB Memory stick and read the txt file added that explains how to move some files into the external flash dongle memory, and keep the necessary in the internal flash, all is explained on the readme txt files.

OK thanks. Since this is only a beta test image why not create a light image with English only without a lot of files or patch that we can add later so we can test, workaround and fix problems?? The DM800HD is well known for running out of space thus making difficult to add new features. So after that we can make a final version?

not in the beta so we can troubleshoot the wifi wireless issues. after we solve the wireless issue connection we can do the final release version with all features. Guess the release version from Toysoft that he built wasn't tested at all. Also not officially released
