This is a short tutorial to show the configuration settings of the tuner for a tune-motorized platter without using Usals.

A TV tuner is connected to the motor, and is used in the "Advanced" setting.The first screen shows the first page of settings and screenshots Figure 2 shows the second page where you will need to enter long and Latitude settings for where you are. (You can use Google maps DishPointer or to obtain this information) USALS was set to "No". For the motor plate to move to any position you want to use you need to store a number of position that the dish can move too, a channel list updated engine is recommended. I am using sat 28th in this example, you will see that in screenshot 2 USALS is set to "no" this will give you the option to store a number of position, I used "028" for 28e. To map your motor plate and set the stored positions that you want to use, in service Trying select "Positioner setup", here you can move the pot to any sitting you want to store and save that position. move the plate 28E, and then save that position as 028. This can be done for all the satellites that you want to store, remember to save all stored sat with a different number, ie the 16th as 016,13e as 013 etc etc
