Excuse me the question, why cleaning the flash with BSR solved this problem?

Thank you for the detailed explanation! I think I have this problem on an old clone box, on dmesg I've read about a lot of bad blocks error, I thought that was faulty flash/ram, but maybe that with BSR procedure it will recover.

Most probably it will fix most of it, yes, and your box could become as new as the day you bought it after that BSR cleaning. This often happened to us. After a BSR flashing an image, it's good to reflash the image a second time, just to be sure all is perfectly in tune and nothing is left badly written in the image flashing.
