If your Tuners doesn't work on DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4, as well as OpenPLi 4.0 then it looks like more a problem of PSU. Generally the DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4 works always, on the OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV you have to be sure it properly booted with the Green Field logo, and only then you can check your tuners that should work. If you have sporadic problems of Tuners not recognized then it means your PSU is starting to be weak and should have replaced the 7 Capacitors as explained on the topic below. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1592#Post1592Admin
